How We Work

We know that not everyone is used to having their clothes made or adjusted by people they know, so here's a short explanation about what you can expect:

• You WhatsApp message or call us with your inquiry (our number is at the bottom of every page on our website).
• We’ll ask you to pop in to the studio at a convenient time. There is no fee charge for this initial meeting.
• During your appointment we may take your measurements, sketch out some ideas and discuss fabric choices with you.
• We’ll give you a rough estimate of cost, for instance between £80-£95, based on how long we think the work will take.
• We will ask for a deposit to secure your project and will take this off your final bill - we take cash or card. 
• We agree a date and time for collection with you.
• Wohoo! It's creating time - we'll set to work making sewing magic!
• Never fear, we will be touch along the way if we need to make any extra decisions together. 
• We hope to delight you with the finished article - perfectly crafted for you!
